Albury Wodonga
AlburyCity developed a Youth Card to promote services and activities targeted at local youth. Greater Hume Shire Against The Grain Drama camp with regional youth, 3-6th Octcober 2011 Corowa Shire Set up FM radio station with youth from Unit Y
Blue Mountains
A series of arts and cultural workshops including dance, rapping, aerosol art and social media will be run across the Blue Mountains with our four project partners . This will culminate in the showcase website www.mountainstories.allaroundyou.com.au
Central Coast
Artstart 2011 is focused on providing young people with the opportunity to develop their art making skills along with demonstrating the links between and within each area of the arts industry.
Central West NSW
Hip-hop, drama, performance, design, mural painting, short film making, documentary making, photography, drumming, junk percussion and media workshops are the key projects in the Arts OutWest 2011 ArtStart program.
Far West NSW
Mural art, digital photography, website networking for Indigenous youth and cadetships with a local newspaper will be the key focus of the Outback Arts program.
Illawarra

Creative Development Retreats and small grants to support young people taking new skills back to their communities
Mid North Coast
The Arts Mid North Coast ArtStart program will showcase a diverse range of individual projects within our region aimed at activating and showcasing young people through their participation in ArtStart projects.
North West NSW
Arts based workshops and skills development, including visual art, music, sculpture, circus skills, hip hop and public art, are being offered through a small grants program in our region.
Northern Rivers
Arts Northern Rivers is using ArtStart 2011 as a springboard to launch a local Young Creatives Mentoring Project. Participants in this initiative will each receive six months creative direction and support from a specially selected mentor.
Orana
A regional tour of the region by Fresh Red Earth. Hip hop through rhyme and dance is the key focus of the Orana Arts ArtStart program.
South East NSW
Clowning, jazz, physical theatre, scriptwriting comedy, film making, and a curated exhibition are some of the projects on offer as part of the SEAR ArtStart program.
South West NSW
Eight small projects in 8 small communities - from the Deni Youth Council\'s \'Battle of the Bands\' to Tooleybuc Central Schools intensive 3 day Drama Workshop for year 9\'s - Its going to be a big year.
Southern Tablelands
The ArtStart 09/10 program is being co-coordinated by Southern Tablelands Arts (STARTS), South East Arts (SEAR) and Southern Councils Group, covering a massive seventeen local government areas.
Sydney East
Metro Screen and Art Start 2011 are offering 12 new screenwriters, aged between 17 and 24, the opportunity to participate in a 10 week program to develop a short film script. The program is for young writers from any discipline.
Sydney North
A range of workshops and projects will be taking place across Northern Sydney including film making, mural art, photography, hip hop, circus skills, t shirt making etc.
Sydney South
The Sydney South program includes 10 small community projects ranging from film making to jewellery design. There is also an opportunity for young and emerging artists to head out West to Bourke and Broken Hill to work with a team of artists.
Sydney South West
This year, BYDS and organisations across South-West Sydney will be exploring local issues pertaining to young people in their LGA\'s. We also intend to re-shape the image and identity of young people in a positive way through our initatives.
Sydney West
ICE's Urban Cultures projects engage creative practitioners to produce and develop urban culture forms, empower communities and audiences by transmitting, reflecting and celebrating the urban voice. Urban Cultures digs out real Australian stories.
Upper Hunter
Two creative development retreats have been held for young people across the Hunter.
